The combined working experience of the business owners is in excess of 50 years, as a result we have accumulated years of experience and a wealth of knowledge at repairing most makes and models of light commercial appliances.


How We Operate.


Your machine will be repaired for a fixed fee labour charge. This will cover you for the entire repair. If you need any parts then we just charge for these on top. Once back up and running you will receive our six months guarantee on the same fault, and any manufacturer parts fitted.

  • We will arrange an agreed timeslot

    Arrive in the agreed time slot, same day or within 24 or 48 hours

  • Call Out Charge

    We charge a standard call-out fee of £85 + VAT.


    This fee also covers the first half hour. Each half an hour after this is charged at £40 plus VAT.

  • Fully explain the repair process

    We will explain our process, with honest, transparent pricing and no hidden charges.

  • Repair your appliance

    Carry out the repairs, and order in any necessary spare parts that may be needed.

  • Invoice and payment

    All our repairs are guaranteed for 6 months on the same fault and parts fitted.


    We have card readers, enabling us to accept all major credit cards including American Express.
